Peter Dimaira of Public Relations Done Right sits with member of press

My background is in Marketing and sales mostly. I started my first business when I was 12 and always profited on many of my ventures after that. I went to school for musical engineering when I was 22 and my plan was to start my own recording company, but I realized the industry was a little to party intensive and I lost interest. I became interested in marketing more and more when I was introduced to my first business partner 4 years ago who had 15 years of experience in the online marketing industry with a portfolio of known brand names like Bank of America, Citi Bank, Publix, etc..  He taught me how to buy and sell domain names and design in HTML. Once I realized I could do this my fingers went running wild with processes of elimination through online marketing and Search Engine Optimization. (Mostly White Hat but some Black Hat SEO) Since I first met my partner I have enrolled in school to get my bachelors in Graphic Design and Corporate Brand Marketing and I am due to finish in 2014.

Reporter:    What kind of expertise do you have?

Oh.. Where should I start? I have an associate’s degree in Communications and I am a certified Audio Engineer with 13+ years in the sales and marketing arena. I have Executive Produced a Regional Television Show and Associate Produced a National Television Show. I have Video Production, Television Production, and Brand Recognition experience. I can design websites, perform Search Engine Optimization Services, and Logo/Layout Design.  I have experience with Start Up Business Opportunities and Company Evaluations to increase profitability. I approach the marketing arena like I’m Mike Tyson.

Reporter:    How can you manage to accomplish everything PRDR has to offer?

PublicRelationsdoneRight.com is the brain child of Peter Dimaira and Peter Welch, two of the finest minds in internet marketing. The fact of the matter is that we can’t do everything, but we know just about every nook and cranny of the marketing world and most importantly the people in it. Our primary focus is really the small business because with companies like Wal-Mart and other corporate entities moving into small town America it’s leaving the Mom & Pops around the country scramming for morsels.  In my opinion it is not the economy and I will tell you why… It’s because the world is changing to a mobile technology world, where digital coupons, Smart phone apps, and other unique ways have been created to catch the customers’ eye. The problem is most business owners don’t know how to utilize the current avenues that big corporate companies pay people like me and my partner to utilize. We want to teach them how to market themselves, enough to increase their profits by 20-40%.

Reporter:    Why is SEO important to you?

I really love SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and I’ll tell you why…

SEO is misinterpreted and misrepresented by most companies that offer it because most businesses like Attorneys, Law Firms  and many other companies  think that being on the first page is most important, while I feel that Public Relations is most important. Studies and research show that approximately 80% of people use Google for their searches, but 70% don’t go past the first page.  Now you would thing that based on those numbers it is important for you to be on the first page but the only thing that defines a first page listing are hits to that listing. Subsections or backlinks are your first step, but with Google changing its parameters recently now you can build sub sections off of descriptions built into the website description. What I am saying is key phrases and words are a big part in what will put you out there for people to find you. For Example: Instead of key wording [Palm Beach lawyers] you can key word [The Best Lawyer in Palm Beach] and put a greater definition to the searchers results. Now if you are putting out P.R. everywhere on the net to varieties of demographics, it will give you more than just a first page listing because most potential customers are looking for quality service and if that is not provided then the internet can turn into a company’s worst enemy due to forums and blogs and their lack of structure.

This is why Public Relations Done Right offers reputation management because most business owners are too busy to make everyone happy, but what can you do when they start slandering the companies name online and degrading your company? “Public Relations Gorilla Internet Marketing” first we find all the key words used then we drown them out with PR everywhere.

Reporter:    What type of web design do you prefer?

I was just recently introduced to Photoshop/Dreamweaver and although I like the programs a lot, I don’t think they are the best for Google ranking

Reporter:    What is your favorite aspect of Marketing?

Delivering what I promise especially in the beginning when the client looks at me like I’m crazy and then they realize I really am but a savant in regards to marketing.  I am quoting a Television Producer in that last remark and I firmly believe I am talented, but always could learn more. I work and rub shoulders with some of the most talented people most will ever know and I just want to “bridge the gap” between them and the client.

Reporter:    What other projects are you working on?

I am in the middle of writing a book that can save the average person 10,000 dollars over the course of one year.  I am starting a Coaching Network and Directories to go with it. I have purchased a few domain names that I feel have some value. On a side note: It’s not always what you can take from the table, but what you can replace for something better.”

Reporter:    Are you open to investors approaching you?

Sure, they don’t have to worry about me nowadays.

My ideas will be expensive.

Reporter:    What are your objectives for these businesses?

I want to help, to heal, to learn and teach. I just want to bring something to the table that can help people, no matter what.

Reporter:    What are some tips you can provide to small to medium sized businesses?

If you don’t want to pay for the service then you should pay for the lesson.

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 1, 2013 - ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, N.J. -- Public Relations Done Right is not only limited to Search Engine Optimization. We are marketing experts with a wide array of talents and talent pools through networking. Our Public Relations Company is not focused on the competition, because the competition isn’t focused on us. We specialize in Video Production as well, which any SEO Specialist would know that proper following of Google’s Guide Lines with video is a very good ingredient for a websites or businesses SEO progress but it is only a small slice of the whole pie.  The small businesses that are just trying to make a buck and feed their families are being misled by companies telling them that they are going to put them on first page of Google.  Mobile Optimization is the key to a local company’s success.  That can only be done by someone very talented like myself and many others I am sure, but how do we bridge the gap between the company that talks it and the company that walks it? The key is find a local specialist or find a small company that you know there is guarantee of being able to communicate with the person doing the work for you.

I personally have had the pleasure of speaking with many SEO Companies over the last few months that are filled with talented individuals who can perform SEO but when asked about mobile results for their clients, they shied away from the question. At the end of the day I Peter Dimaira am a journalist, writer, producer, and Marketing Specialist. I think four moves ahead and have developed viral video and social media strategies that have made companies increase their revenue by 30-60%. With the way the internet is presently, you have to think outside the box to gain notoriety within flooded markets.

Public Relations Done Right also offers coaching services at an affordable hourly rate in which case you are guaranteed to learn ways to market yourself or your company and give you the optimized results you are looking for.  We are available by email or by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are happy to provide a free consultation to anyone looking to help themselves or boost their companies’ profits.
